Avoid McAlarney's Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas in Marietta, Ohio!


I only want to share a terrible experience that I endured at mcalarney's pools in marietta, ohio about the first week of July. I went in 2 ask questions and after talking with me for about 10 minutes the individual took a phone call and made me wait for about 5 minutes. And then he just forgot about me. I don't know if maybe he was on lunch break but the only individual available was a lady and I ended up asking all of my questions all over again. Terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible customer service. I walked out after maybe 5 minutes with this second salesperson and told them that they were wasting my time and I went to one of their competitors but had to drive quite a distance.
